BREAST OF TURKEY WITH OLIVES.

INGREDIENTS:

- 4 Steaks of turkey (100 gr. each one)
- 100 gr. of green olives without stone.
- 1 Onion.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 1/2 glass of dry white wine.
- 1 spoonful of flour
- Basil.
- 4 spoonfuls of olive oil.
- 1 spoonful of butter.
- Salt.

UTENSILS.

Frying pan.

PREPARATION:

To flour the steaks of turkey, add two spoonfuls of oil to frying pan and run them through it.
To take them away from the fire, keeping them warm between 2 plates.
Afterwards the onion and garlic are crushed and browned slightly in the same frying pan,
with the oil that is left over.
The steaks of turkey are put again in the frying pan, coated in wine until it is evaporated
almost completely, to live fire. Add the olives (the half of them cut and the rest whole)
continuing the cooking with the cover and to slow fire during seven minutes.
Add a little of water if not the steaks could be dried too much.

VARIANTS.

This recipe can also be prepared with breast of chicken opened by half.

USEFUL DATA:

The olives are a power food, although less than it usually is believed : 100 gr. suppose 200 kcal (the same amount of manchego cheese contributes 375 kcal). Therefore, who follows a light diet, of course they can take olives, although in small doses and considering that is rich in salt.
